Hotel Room Reservation

Each participant that books their room for the conference before 15th Juli 2005 through Tourismus & Congress GmbH receives, with the booking, a conference ticket as transportation ticket for bus transportation for the whole Bonn Area (incl. Bonn, Sankt Augustin, Siegburg, and Königswinter).

Hotel reservation deadline

In the week of the ICML/ILP 2005, we have in Cologne/Bonn region the worlwide largest catholic event: The "Youth Catholic Days" and especially in the week after ICML/ILP the new Catholic Pope Benedict XVI will come to Germany right to Cologne. We have been warned that hotel rooms may not be available in Bonn during the conference, if you have not reserved a hotel room way in advance. We have reserved enough hotel rooms for the ICML/ILP conference, but they will have to be booked by our participants 4 weeks before the conference starts ( DEADLINE: 15th July 2005 (deadline extended)).

Please book your hotel room in Bonn as soon as possible!! After the DEADLINE: 15th July 2005,(deadline extended) we will not be able to guarantee that you will find any rooms available in the whole region Cologne/Bonn during the conference.

Hotel Reservation after the deadline

Booking Guidelines after the deadline (Note by T&C) : Reservation deadline for the hotel contingent above is the 15th July 2005. Further rooms can be booked after this period (use online registration or fax form) , but the conference ticket for transportation in Bonn area is no longer distributed and the availability in the booked hotels, as well as prices, will be then no longer guaranteed.
